This Privacy Policy explains how Brownies Magic (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit ambrosia-feasts-brownies-magic.shop. We built the Site to work without accounts and with as little data as possible.
2. Information stored on your device
The Game uses your browser's local storage to save your best score, and session storage to remember the bonus you won for the current session. This data stays on your device. We cannot see it, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
3. Contact form and email
If you write to us, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to share. We use this only to reply to you and keep it no longer than necessary to handle your request. The contact form on this Site is validated in your browser; for anything urgent, please email us directly.
4. Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social media pixels. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering the font files, in line with Google's own privacy policy.
5. Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request, for security and to keep the service running. These logs are retained only for a limited period.
6. Your rights
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

The Site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
